Sam fixed my trucks A/C today. Just like he fixed my vans last year, with great customer service an a lot of knowledge. Tony help me with my breaks and was very honest with me. This is a great automotive repair shop you will be doing your self a favor to give them a chance. Last years review is below

CR's is the most reliable, honest, and fair auto repair facility I've ever been too. They don't try to nickle and dime you; their prices are fair and the service is great. Not once have they let me down. This is my number one go to repair shop! Thank you guys!
I needed my air conditioner fixed (replace condenser). I called several location to get a quote, Honda dealership quoted me $1,600 (I had Honda diagnose problem $100) few other shops came in close to the $1,600 quote, some were higher, some were lower, and some shops took my information and never called me back. CR's Auto did not do that. I talked to Sam he told me he would call me back in 5 min with quote and he did. This is already better service than I got with Honda Fort Worth. His quote came in at less than half price, this confused me I thought I miss quoted the issue to them and so the quote was wrong. That was not the case, so, I asked Sam to explain the issue and how he can be half price of his competitors. He did and he made me feel as though he knew what he was doing. I then asked how long it would take he said if I dropped it off that night (night drop) he would have it ready the next day. this is a 1 day turn around for a job several other shops said it would take 2 - 3 days. Could be lack of business, could be good customer service, could just be a competent man that has experience fixing this issue. I did not know, but it was worth a shot to me, I trusted him by talking to him on the phone. Dropped my van off that night, the next day at 12:30pm it was ready. It came in $38 dollars higher than his original low quote but he also did some basic maintenance that it needed (changed air filterer in cabin). Van blows better than it has ever in the past. I am very appreciative for his help on this matter.

Great customer service with lower prices and faster turn around. Ask for SAM he is their A/C Man.
