Hit and miss. Just depends if the car wash is working properly and who is running the place at the time.
I guess its my bad because I should of read the reviews for this horrible place. It wont happen again I guarantee it....
We've been coming to this car wash for years (since it opened). After using lots of other washes in the area I can honestly say you definitely get the best wash here for the money. What inspired me to write the review is ( and I hope nobody gets in trouble for this :-) about the other day I was in a huge hurry trying to get out of town and I had left my wallet at home… I only realize this as I was trying to pay. The attendant came out and asked if he could help. I explained that I had forgotten my wallet and he sent me through the wash for free! I realize that that couldn't happen for everyone but I certainly appreciate that level of customer service.
Paid $13 for wash and they turned off the blowers because I had a rake and shovel in the bed of my truck. He said can you read "no objects or debris in bed of truck". Then why did you let me proceed if that was case. I asked for a refund and the dude in charge told me no refund because I had already gone through the wash. That was bs answer from him. I have gone through many of these self drive washes with the same shovel and rake in the bed my of the truck. I under stand if it would been full of trash but these are tools and are heavy campared to cans and bottles or just trash. I will next time drive the few extra miles and go to Tony's car wash off western center and skip this place completely.
Horrible rude management and personnel. Vacuums never work if I could do negative stars I would. Don't go...best advice
3 or $4 car wash. Not bad almost full service car wash.
