I'm glad we have this nice Walmart in Saginaw. For years we had to go to Lake Worth. The Saginaw store has been updated and is well maintained. There are some very nice, friendly people working here. Selection is good but be advised, on Sunday it can get pretty wild. I love this Walmart!!!
Nothing but bitter workers who refused to help the customer. Mix prices everywhere! And no scanners to verify prices like Target does. Good luck
I was having a beautiful day until I went into walmart. mind you I have been going to this walmart for 12 years having good and bad service. On this day is why I WON'T go back to this walmart! I bought a bottle of wine, like I had many times before. Cashier refused to sell me wine because I had my family member that did not have ID. She wasn't buying the wine, I was and cashier humiliated me and refused selling to me because my family that was with me did not have ID! Complained to Walmart corporate, they didn't care that their cashier was being racist. Walmart DOES not care about THEIR customers! BE CAREFUL
I only give them one star because the only way I can post is by placing a star. but this is the worst Walmart I have ever been to . I went to the auto department because I had to take my mom to the hospital we had a flat tire I went to get it changed. I called in advance it took so long to where I ended up changing the tire myself. I was unable to get the tire off and two innocent bystanders came by to see if we needed help. not once did any of the workers in the auto shop come out to see if I needed any assistance .thumbs down on this Walmart I will never Venture there again. They knew my situation of getting my mom to the hospital my mom is 86 years old not once did they even come to see if I need help
I would rate higher if the place kept their bathrooms clean. I would also rate them higher if finding a motorized buggy was easier for my mom who has trouble breathing and walking. There are never enough buggies they are either not working properly or you have teenagers who don't need them using them. Sorry but they need several more working buggies so people can use them that actually need them.
