I have used Awesome Blossoms for 5 years now to get flowers to my wife, mother and my daughter.
Went into the shop with our event planner and attempted to get prices for upcoming wedding event. Wanted simple sunflowers ordered we are going to make our own arrangements. Mariah was the woman that wrote our information down specifically went in to make sure we had no communication problems. After calling back 3 times each time to give my information again and given multiple excuses such as "sorry we have been busy with homecoming" or "Mariah is at a wedding" and "Its Mariahs day off let me take your info again" and finally when asked what it was I wanted again after calling again today after a week of trying to get prices from them, Mariah told me she had her hands full of mums. This place really lacks customer service and follow through. Save your time if you want service and pricing, go somewhere else. Oh and I am sure as with there other reviews they will of course say they have no record of such customer...of course they lost my info!
My fiance decided to surprise me with an arrangement from here for my birthday and while the flowers were cute, I believe that he definitely OVER paid for what was received in return.
I've never met a business owner quite as dedicated as Tracy. She has bent over backwards to make sure customers have their homecoming mums, funeral sprays, flowers for mom, you name it and she can make it work. I've been using this shop for the past six years for various events and occasions and am extremely pleased every time I've used them. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially the manager. These ladies will do their absolute best to help and will design stunning arrangements. I've had very specific requests and Tracy was able to meet them. In my opinion, they go above and beyond.
