Clean, get food fast, enjoyed atmosphere and good customer service
But, everything here was great the food was on point and the service was even better. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to have a pleasant meal.
This was quite a disappointment this morning. If you look at my other reviews, I rarely give poor ratings to a business. However I felt compelled to tell what happened this morning. Multiple things went wrong. To begin with, the server left off two items we had ordered (gravy on the hash browns and some grits). When called to his attention, he promptly provided both. However the gravy was obviously old and clumpy. The manager shortly arrived at work and commented to the server when she looked in the gravy pot that the gravy was very old! In addition, I had ordered extra crispy bacon and it came cooked quite medium and had to be sent back. And finally the cook had long hair and no hair covering in violation of health codes. Well, not finally, one more thing: The menus we sticky from syrup (or something). I had to go wash the sticky off my hands before we could eat. I do believe, "Waffle House no more."
