Took such great care of our new puppy. The vet really cares about your animal. The price was very reasonable. I think we found our vet!
I recently relocated and needed to find a vet that I could trust my dogs with. I had gone to a different VCA clinic in the past and was hoping I could find one by my new house. Luckily, there's one about 15 minutes down the road from us. It's always nerve-wracking taking my dogs to a new vet because I'm not sure how they're going to react to the new atmosphere. This office exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff, the vet tech and the vet all truly cared about my pets. They answered the million questions that I had in detail and never once rushed the appointment. We saw Dr. Arca and I will be going to him from this point on. Awesome place, great service and fair pricing!
Dr. Hemingway and Kat are lovely. They treat my pup with such care. I couldn't ask for a better vets office. Everyone there is always willing to help and give advice when I need it.
I'm really not sure how to write this review. I brought my dog in with multiple puncture wounds that were caused by my other dog. They seemed pretty serious. The staff was more than helpful and courteous as well as the doctor himself. I was given directions on how to care for my dog once I got home. I was told that she was okay and they checked her heart and her lungs and all seemed to be ok. I was told I needed to let the fluid drain from these wounds and wipe them every few hours to keep them from scabbing which I did. All was fine this morning when I took my children to school. Laid down for a nap and when I awoke I found her not breathing and had passed away. Now obviously there are unforseen circumstances that maybe no one could see. Maybe it was because I took too long to bring her in after the incident. Im not really blaming anyone or mad at anyone other than my other dog who caused this to begin with(I had to have her euthanized yesterday because of continued agression). So I lost my only 2 dogs in 24 hours. 3 stars is for the professionalism of the staff. But because I can't help but think more could be done I took the other 2 stars off. Thank you.
EDIT: I received a call from the manager shortly after my review. She offered her condolences to me and was just very nice and genuine. She told me she wanted to refund the amount I paid yesterday which honestly wasn't much. I told her I would still pay it and that it wasn't necessary but she insisted. I changed to 5 stars because of the quickness in responding and genuinely caring about the situation. Thank you again to her for being so kind.
Dr grant is great. The rest of the staff is very friendly and experienced. I just got a phone call to check up on my baby i love they are so caring.
