Last night, I went into the location after being on hold for 15 minutes. I walk in, places my order, specifically told her what I wanted and it was wrong. She then had the nerve to tell me that Pizza Hut carried what I wanted. I said nope, I’ve ordered that here plenty of times. The young girl, turned around and asked someone else and they said “yes, we used to make that item but we no longer make it. They took it off of our menu. Sorry.”
Horrible customer service. Slow service. They messed up my order three times in the past month and were so nonchalant about their mistake. On one occasion they brought my pizza with half the ingredients and when I called about that the manager was so nonchalant.
I immediately asked for my money back and left.
The customer service here is awful. Sent the wrong pizza to our house, and when we called, they told US to figure out who's pizza this was. The manager Austin G, was HORRIBLY rude and told us our order was cancelled and hung up. They didn't offer help, a refund, nothing. It honestly sounded like he was young and just didn't care. They tried to make US fix their issue. I will be reporting them to BBB. However, i still called the guy who's pizza I got, and told him and he was so SO upset. They haven't even fixed HIS order. They were so quick to just cancel and never wanted to fix the issue. It's so upsetting, we always order dominos but I'm no longer a customer.
This is completely rude, and they even cancelled our order instead of trying to fix it. This is horrible customer service, and we'll probably never order from this place again.
Large menu, great deals, good food, fast service. Can't really ask for more from a pizza place. Small orders and large orders are always delivered quickly and correctly. The food quality is great, and their 5.99 menu is a really good deal. I even made an ordering mistake once (forgot to apply the coupon, and my total was $40 higher on a large order), and the manager quickly corrected it over the phone with no hassle. This is my go-to pizza delivery option!
Very patient and helpful even though they were closing. Unlike the other store who turn me away because they were to close in a few minutes
The delivery person completely mixed up our orders, so we called the place, and one of them were completely disrespectful, giving my mother an attitude, and the manager was trying to defend her, instead of the customer.
