Amazing pizza. I get a good amount of toppings and cheese. No skimping.
People are nasty. Employees write on parked cars with shoe polish. Horrible customer service. Do not frequent this place.
Haven't even tried it yet. Placed the order over the phone and was told 15-20 minutes. Arrived in 15-20 minutes, walked in and was told "we're just putting it in, wanna pay now?" We paid and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Then a half-assed "sorry". Who runs this franchise? Speak up. I'd really like to hear this explained. They were not busy before you bring that up. Everyone should get their pizza from an establishment that actually cares.
Just ordered from Mr Jims for the first and last time. Service was lacking, pizza was cheap ingredients which lacked flavor and price was high. $33 for 2 pizzas that were low quality. Cheap pizza for high price.
Don't believe the 1 star reviews. This Pizza is amazing. The new owners show great customer service and the pizza itself is great quality for local Pizza. You'll never order from Pizza hut or dominoes again!
